Stretching Drop-Ins
Adult Beginner
Work towards your flexibility goal! Whether it's to touch your toes, sit in split or do a backbend (bridge), our expert coaches are here to help. This one hour class is geared towards building muscles and stretching. With the combination of active and passive stretching, your goals are one step closer!

Great for individuals who used to do dance, figure skating or gymnastics! Whether it's to sit in split, oversplits, learn a scorpion or a penche balance, our expert coaches are here to help. Kids (6-12) Beginner

Zumba Drop-Ins
Zumba is a fitness program that incorporates a variety of dances such as salsa, merengue, reggae-ton, soca, hip hop and many more! Zumba targets lots of different muscle groups at once for total body toning.
The instructor will start with warm up and finish with a cool down incorporating stretching. During the class, there will be incorporation of fast and slow rhythms which focus on improving cardiovascular fitness.

Ballet Drop-Ins
Adult Beginner Ballet
This class follows a traditional ballet class format, starting at the barre focusing on posture and alignment while introducing the student to the basic positions and technical exercises. Center movement and traveling steps are added as the class progresses. Classes are slow and thorough to ensure proper alignment and understanding. No former training is required.
Adult Elementary Ballet
For students who have completed beginning ballet – this is a complete technique class with barre, center, and across the floor movement. It is a base for all dance forms, cross training for better flexibility, timing and balance in gymnastics and sports, and a great way to stay active for adults!

Yoga Drop-Ins
Hatha
Move through foundational yoga postures one at a time, breathe deeply, and practice being in the moment. Hatha classes promote balance, strength, flexibility, and stillness in the mind, and are suitable to all levels.
Hatha and Vinyasa Flow
Flow brings balance, strength, and a sense of well-being to the practitioner. While using both the poses and the pace of the classes, the sequences aim to keep the body moving with breath. These styles allow for more variety, they may build heat, and can be meditative at the same time.
Meditation
Guided meditation is a practice of concentration upon a sound, object, visualization or breath work. In this class the instructor will simply talk and allow you to close your eyes if you wish and dive into a deeper state of rest. Feel free to bring your own pillow, blanket, etc.
